The advantages of a liposomal iron

The advantages of a liposomal iron supplement are two fold, one being that the iron is much better absorbed in the cells.  The other big advantage is that being enclosed in the fatty liposome spheres means that the iron doesn’t influence the stomach or intestinal tract adversely. This prevents the common side effects of iron supplementation such as nausea and constipation.

Vitamin C has been added to this formula to improve the iron absorption. Vitamin B 12 has been added as it is also important for the formation of red blood cells.  This product has an active vitamin B 12 in it, methylcobalamin.

It also important for energy metabolism and can help to lessen fatigue.
